             Specialty Blasting is a company that specializes in the removal of paint and rust from many types of metals.  We specialize in car bodies, car pieces, and bike pieces, but we are not limited to these.

             Specialty Blasting currently has 2 media blasting systems in our shop.  We have a 24 ft. by 14 ft. booth and also a 3 ft. by 4 ft. spray cabinet.  In the 24 ft. by 14 ft. booth, we use a garnet and walnut shell mixture which produces a very nice finish for painting, cutting and welding, and powder coating.  In the 3 ft. by 4 ft. spray cabinet, we use a straight garnet that leaves a very nice profile finish.

             The garnet that we use is very fine.  It will leave a half mil. profile on the metal which gives the finished product an excellent profile on your project.  Walnut shell is added into our mix to speed up the time of the project.  Walnut shell only removes paint and does not affect the metal, including rust.  The Walnut shell that we use is refined and the natural oils have been removed from out the shells; therefore, no oily substance is left on the metal. 

             We are not afraid to show customers our systems or media that we use.  Companies that hide this information, or refuse to let the customer know, are usually hiding something.

             We also have a fully adjustable rotisserie that will accommodate any type of vehicle.  Using the rotisserie, allows us to do a much better job at a faster pace.  This means no rolling the cars onto their side and on top of tires ( not the best idea for cars).

             Here at Specialty Blasting, we are car lovers.  We understand what these cars represent to our customers.   We will treat it as if was one of our own.  Once a vehicle has been blasted, all secrets about the car are out.  Every past accident, any backyard patch job, or any hidden damages will be revealed.  You will know exactly what you are dealing with.  These are NOT just rusty pieces of metal but a vehicle of someone's dreams.
